A qualified person per State Requirements. It is expected that it will be required by State Law starting in June 2007 that Reserve Study Preparers be Registered with the State of Nevada. To qualify as a Registered Preparer, the State will determine a strict set of requirements that must be met by the Preparer. Only reserve studies prepared by a State Registered Preparer will be accepted as a valid study by the State of Nevada Ombudsman.
