Mr. Taylor strives to improve and refine the studies he prepares for his clients. He continually works to stay abreast of all new Nevada State statutes, requirements, articles, reporting techniques and formats. As a member of the Community Association Institute, he endorses their recently established compilation of what they call "Best- Practices" and "Ethical Guidelines" for reserve studies preparers Nationwide.
Mr. Taylor has earned the Professional Designation of (RS) Reserve Specialist from (CAI) Community Association Institute, Arlington, Virginia. He has also earned the Professional Designation of (PRA) Professional Reserve Analyst, from APRA, Association of Reserve Analysts. Nevada Reserve Studies, Inc. is also a member in good standing with the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau. Mr. Taylor is also an Affiliate of CAMEO, Community Association Management Executive Officers.
